什麼是 FHIR？
FHIR（Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources，快速健康照護互通資源）是由 HL7 International 制定的醫療資料交換標準。採用現代網路技術（RESTful API、JSON、OAuth2），讓不同的醫療系統能以標準化的方式交換資料。
SMART 加了什麼？
SMART（Substitutable Medical Applications, Reusable Technologies，可替換醫療應用與可重用技術）在 FHIR 之上建立了應用層框架。它定義了 App 如何安全連接 HIS/EMR 系統、處理身份驗證與授權——讓醫療 App 能像智慧型手機上的 App 一樣即插即用。
這為什麼重要？
全球大多數醫療系統是封閉且互不相容的。SMART on FHIR 打破資料孤島，讓病患資料能在醫院與系統之間安全流通——為精準醫療、遠距醫療與 AI 輔助診斷奠定基礎。
